INT. YOUR IDEA — SCENE ONE
Your idea.
Produced.
Runiguana is a production engine that turns a premise, a script or a cast of characters into finished, screen-ready video — movies, episodic shows, trailers and ads. Written, shot-planned, generated, quality-checked and delivered export-ready. Not clips. Productions.

How an idea gets made
You bring the idea
A one-line premise, a full script, or characters you want to build a film, series or campaign around. Any starting point works — we structure the rest.
We run production
Story structure, scripts, shot plans, consistent characters, scene generation and assembly — every output passes a quality gate before it reaches you.
You get the cut
Finished video with sound, ready to publish, pitch or run as a campaign — plus the assets around it: posters, trailers and exports for every platform.
Built for productions, not clips
- Story structure and continuity — characters stay the same people, scene to scene, whether it's a 30-second ad or a full season
- Structured scripts and shot plans behind every minute of footage
- Short-form drama, movies, trailers, branded films and ads — format scoped to the job
- Every delivery reviewed against quality gates before it reaches you
- Production-ready packages: the film itself plus posters, captions and exports

Before you ask
Who owns what gets made?
You bring the idea; the delivered production and assets are yours to publish, pitch and monetise. Full terms are issued with every beta quote so ownership is in writing before any work starts.
How long does delivery take?
A test scene typically lands within days. Pilots, trailers and ads are quoted with a delivery date up front — beta projects are scheduled one at a time, which is exactly why slots are limited.
Why is pricing not listed?
Every beta project is scoped individually — length, cast size and asset pack all change the work involved. You'll get a fixed quote within 48 hours of applying, before any commitment.
What can't it do?
We'll tell you in the quote. Some scene types are harder than others, and part of what you're buying in a beta is honesty about that — we'd rather decline a scene than deliver a bad one.
Is this an app I log into?
Not yet. During the beta, projects are run as a managed service: you brief, we produce, you receive finished files. Self-serve access is on the roadmap, and founding beta customers get it first.
